About the venue
The QEII Conference Centre is one of London’s leading exhibition and conference venues. It is a modern purpose-built building that occupies an enviable location in the heart of Westminster.

There are five floors of exhibition and conference space at QEII, IMPA London 2016 occupies the following areas:-
Reception and welcome desks, conference registration, security and cloakrooms, lifts to other floors.
The second floor will not be used for IMPA London.
The IMPA London Exhibition occupies the entire third floor, making use of the Fleming, Whittle and Benjamin Britten halls. The glass-fronted Benjamin Britten hall offers a stunning view across Westminster, while the Fleming and Whittle halls combine to create a single room that caters for more than 120 exhibitors.
The IMPA London Conference takes place on the fourth floor in the Westminster Room. Catering facilities will be available in the St. James Room. In addition a number of smaller rooms and suites will be used for company presentations and seminars.
The fifth floor will not be used for IMPA London.

Arriving by car
There are a number of car parks close to the venue which are within walking distance. Details of these car parks can be found on this link.
Limited space at the venue for drop off of stand materials - no waiting is allowed.
A goods lift is available -
- Width 2.15 metres
- Width at door opening: 1.6 metres
- Depth: 1.7 metres
- Height: 2.2 metres
- Height at door opening: 2.05 metres
- Loading: 2,000 kilos
Exhibitors/Stand builders are advised to contact the exhibition office to advise should they be bringing their own stand materials to be allocated a time slot to use the lift facilities.

Access For Disabled Persons
The Centre has nine passenger lifts, all of which are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and incorporate audio/voice announcements. One of these is a fireman’s lift that can be used in the event of an evacuation.
There are eight accessible toilet facilities throughout the Centre. These are equipped with emergency alarms and can be accessed from function rooms by using lifts where necessary.
There is no fixed seating at the Centre, therefore wheelchair spaces can be positioned anywhere in the meeting rooms. In addition, all corridors are wide enough for wheelchair access.
A wheelchair ramp can be fitted to the stage for larger meeting areas and a portable wheelchair lift can be used to provide access to the stage in smaller meeting areas.
Disabled delegates arriving at the Centre in a vehicle with a disabled badge displayed will be allowed to park on the forecourt of the building. Taxis and other vehicles will also be allowed on to the forecourt to enable disabled passengers to disembark more easily.
There is a ramp from the forecourt which leads to the front doors and is wide enough for easy wheelchair access.
Guide dogs, hearing dogs and other assistance dogs are welcome at the Centre.
What to expect when you arrive at the QEII conference Centre
Staff from the event organisers will meet exhibitors, staff will be situated throughout the venue at all times and exhibitors will be provided of details of the event organisers office well in advance of the event.
